Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and protective coverings remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid DHL return label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our online returns portal.
